Environmental Assistant II

Location: Racine, WI

Under the supervision of the Manager, Supervisor or Group Leader performs all duties of an Environmental Assistant I as assigned. After training performs utility tasks that require greater physical effort, powered equipment, ladders and/or advanced technical training.

This is a casual, as needed, 1st shift position working from 7:00am - 3:30pm with rotating weekends and holidays.

Skills/Requirements

Must be able to deal effectively with people and work cooperatively with other departments and staff members. Maintains a good attendance/punctuality record and has a conscientious attitude towards cleaning (one-year experience preferred). Must be able to understand oral and written instructions. Must be in good physical condition, able to climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs., and maintain a regular schedule of standing, walking, reaching, bending, lifting and moving furniture. Complete written forms and reports as necessary.
