Application\Integration Analyst Sr.

Location: Glendale, WI

Serves as an experienced resource for integration / interface activities working with minimal supervision, conferring with supervisor on unusual matters. Manages tasks for installation of new integration projects and provides ongoing support in conjunction with vendor and other analysts. Supports development of colleagues and peers. Guides application analysts and vendors to define new integration requirements. Codes, tests, and supports integration / interfaces between systems. Develops and maintains effective working relationships with colleagues, peers, and vendors. Provides oncall support. Must support through words and actions the mission, vision, and values of the Wheaton Franciscan System.

Skills/Requirements

Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
o Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Business, or equivalent experience in business/technical environment.
o 3 – 5 years of analyst experience.
o Well-developed critical thinking and problem solving skills.
o Knowledge of real-time and batch interface set up and usage.
o Experience working with 3rd party vendors.
o Experience with HL7 or EDI transaction formats.
o Proficient with numerous technical integration tools (Interface Engine administration tools, tcl, sql, MS Access, scripting, etc.) or knowledge of basic coding constructs.
o Experience testing and creating test plans.
o Knowledge of relationships and interdependencies between applications.
o Strong leadership and analytical skills.
o Experience with personal computers and operating systems.
o Proficient with Microsoft Office Automation tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
o Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
