The Patient Care Associate is a care partner who will participate with the interdisciplinary care team in the delivery of the patient’s plan of care under the immediate supervision of the RN. The PCA provides hands on patient care and will assist the RN and other team members with treatments, procedures, and reporting pertinent information to the appropriate care team member. The PCA observes and operates monitoring equipment.

Skills/Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications: High School or GED required. 1-2 years C.N.A. experience preferrably in a mental health setting strongly preferred.

Hours: 40 hours a week, working an 11:00PM - 7:30a schedule. Position will require all staff to work a rotating holiday and weekend schedule.
