Director Clinical Data Management and Analysis

Location: Milwaukee, WI

The Director of Clinical Data Management and Analysis provides oversight and coordination for all aspects of external, public, and payer-based quality data reporting for Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare. This position also serves as an expert resource on the topics of clinical data management and analysis, works collaboratively with leaders throughout the system to ensure data accuracy and timeliness, and assists leaders with the analysis of clinical data to support performance improvement activities.

Skills/Requirements

Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Clinical Informatics, Nursing, or related field. Detailed knowledge in the areas of measurement and data analysis, performance excellence, continuous quality improvement, healthcare processes, facilitation, coaching, and team building. Knowledge of public/external reporting requirements. Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and project management skills.
