The Patient Care Technician (PCT) is a clinical multi-skilled care partner who will participate with the interdisciplinary care team in the delivery of the patient’s plan of care. The PCT provides hands on patient care and will assist the RN and other team members with treatments, procedures, and reporting pertinent information to the appropriate care team member. The PCT provides care under the direction of the RN. The position will require the performance of phlebotomy, telemetry monitoring and 12 lead EKGs.

Skills/Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent, valid BLS certification and Nursing Assistant certification with the state of Wisconsin required. Six to twelve months acute care and telemetry experience preferred (equivalent schooling or healthcare experience may be considered).

Qualified candidates will possess good written and oral communication skills and ability to provide superior customer service while working in a fast paced environment.
