HUC\Patient Care Associate

Location: Milwaukee, WI

The HUC/Patient Care Associate (PCA) is a clinical multi-skilled care partner who will participate with the interdisciplinary care team in the delivery of the patient's plan of care. The HUC/PCA provides hands on patient care and will assist the RN and other team members with treatments, procedures, and reporting pertinent information to the appropriate care team member. The HUC/PCA provides care under the direction of the RN.

Skills/Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent. WI Certified Nursing Assistant certification. Six to twelve months C.N.A. experience preferred (equivalent schooling or healthcare experience may be considered). Good written and oral communication skills. May need to float between off site inpatient rehab area(i.e. Elmbrook Hospital)
Works every other weekend (Sat & Sun) and half the holidays.
